Angang New Steel Co.,Ltd. is a joint-stock enterprise. Since our foundation in 1992, we have been active in the production, sale, and scientific research industry of steel, construction materials, wear-resistant materials and electromechanical products. Our enterprise includes six production plants for steel making, deformed bar's continuous rolling, medium and small size rolling, wiring maintenance, mechanical making and one high-tech company - Liaoning New Steel Technology Co., Ltd.
We have the annual capacity for 150 thousand special steel making and 50 thousand casting steel making, deformed bar's continuous rolling line with the annual capacity of 300 thousand metric tons, rail steel section production line with the annual capacity of 150 thousand metric tons, small size steel sections production line with the annual capacity of 150 thousand metric tons and the production line for wear-resistant material, 31 sets of machines for engine process, and 17 sets of machines for the wiring maintenance. Besides above machines and production lines, we also have our own physical and chemical analysis and measure equipment.
Our special and competitive products are gauge apron, common, insulated & stickiness fishplate, elevator guide rails and various round & flat bars. Our products hold of more than 60% percent market in domestic rail market. Our major and leading products includes square bars, high tensile steel deformed bars, cast steel billet and products, and rollers. These products have been frequent export to Asia, Europe and America. Our high-tech products are bimetal complex antifriction sheet, antifriction ball and wearable rollers. The difference in wear resistance between our products and other traditional high Mn & high chrome steel products is five to ten times. Our traditional products include mild steel channels, angels and I-beams. Our enterprise also produce steel rolling machines, gasogenes, stepping running type cooling beds, flying cutting machines and continuous casting machines (CCM) with excellent performance, convenient handling and reasonable price.
In our enterprise, we have a scientific research team composed of state-rank specialists, senior engineers and mid-rank technicians. We also have several laboratories combined with Northeastern University of China, Inner Mongolia Science & Technology University for the analysis, measure and research of steel-making, material, mechanics, and chemicals and metallographic. These technical team and labs provide a strong technology support for our further development.
