BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DUTIES, TAXES, TARIFFS, VAT AND ANY OTHER FEES. Payment must be made by bank wire transfer to the Sterling Trading, LLC Comerica bank account or PayPal (credit cards and PayPal U. S. Orders only). All international orders must be paid by bank wire transfer in U. S. Funds.
Residents of the state of Michigan must have a Michigan sales tax number.
Buyers will receive an invoice for all orders from Sterling Trading, LLC stating what the buyer will receive, price of the item, and the shipping cost. Buyers will review the invoice to make sure all information is correct and the order is as discussed before making payment to Sterling Trading, LLC.
All sales are final. However, in the unlikely event the buyer receives merchandise that is defective (not damaged from shipping) or receives merchandise other than what is listed on their invoice, Sterling Trading, LLC will exchange that merchandise. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons.
The amounts sold to small retailers (minimum order requirement) are considered to be sample loads. Sample loads are just as stated - samples to determine if buyer approves of merchandise before placing a larger order.
It is the responsibility of the Buyer (NOT Sterling Trading, LLC) to ascertain and obey international laws in regard to import or export of any items on this web site.
