We have two Germany Forum resin molding, annually output 2500T and 5000T; one 148E green sand molding line, annually outputs 2000T. We use spectrograph, Matellomicroscope, mechanic nature test machine, water and oil pressure test machine, power balance and some other equipments and instruments for test. We control the sand analysis and quality of liquid iron in the lines .We also have different types of CNC center, more than 30 sets of CNC, boring planning, milling grinding machining tool equipments. CNC drilling machines with multi-holes pressed at the same time and more than 80 sets of other kinds of machining equipments.
