Our company works in the market of industrial pipeline valves since 1988. For today the enterprise is one of largest valve manufacturers in china, 500 people work at the factory. The production includes full technological cycle: From development of the design documentation up to assembly and test of the final product.
Our product is pipeline valve for petroleum, gas, steam, waters, petrochemical products, synthetic oils and toxic liquid media: Cast steel gate valves, stamp-welded steel gate valves, cast iron wedge gate valves, stop valves, knife valves, butterfly valves, globe valves, ball valves, titanium valves, flanges and accessories.
The main consumers of our products are atomic power stations, oil and gas pipelines, oil and gas processing enterprises, objects of the chemical industry, metallurgical plants, cellulose-paper manufactures, ore dressing combines, water-channels, objects of a municipal services etc.
At designing the valve the modern computer engineering and programs with which help computer testing new designs is made is used. The most part of valves for water pipes, oil pipelines and gas mains have cast cases and covers. At manufacturing valves the modern hi-tech equipment is used.
Product test in special laboratories, investigate a chemical compound and structure of metal. The ready valve check on test beds. Then on special technology the paint is put, and the product acts on a warehouse. From a warehouse production is shipped to the customer.
Quality is supervised from the moment of creation of the drawing before serial release. All production of a factory is certificated under European standard ISO 9001.
