Gypsum block production line is a kind of fully-automatic producing
equipment, integrate forming, high-speed stirring and hydraulic
jacking together. The equipment use high accurate hard
chrome-plating and automatic scraping equipment, so as to produce
the hollow gypsum blocks according to clients' requirements. The
products have accurate size, nice shapes and the producing
efficiency is enhanced greatly as well.
Characteristics of the equipment
Development and application of the new high-speed mixer. High speed
strring aims at shortening the gypsum slurry time (mix average
within 10 seconds), helps to make full use of gypsum slurry
liquidity, so don't have to add the retarder. Application of
reverse discharging speeds up the pulp out of discharge, and makes
gypsum fully flow in the mold. The appearance size of gypsum block
has a high precision, ensuring the product quality and accuracy.
Easy to form a complete set. Except the special parts for the
production line, the other parts can use the Chinese standard
equipment. The quality is controlled in accordance with the ISO9001
strictly. Key electronic components adopt international famous

Consisting of water metering device, powder metering device,
compressed air systems and chassis and other components.
Water metering devicesincluding stainless steel barrel, inlet pipe,
valve, solenoid valve, adjustable water level sender unit,
adjusting chain, overflow pipes, pneumatic drain valve and drain
connected with the mixer hose cover components.
Powder metering device: consisting of electronic scales weighing
hopper coated with anti-sticking coating, electronic sensors,
vibrators, pneumatic discharge valve, material weight monitors,
electronic control devices and other components. The hopper has a
measuring accuracy of 4-class tolerance.
Compressed air system: including a full air compressor, air source
treatment components, hard and soft pipes, spray guns and nozzles
equipped with release agent cylinder. This system is used to purge
the mixer and the mold cavity of forming machine, spray release
agent as well as to supply material or water for electronic scales
and water system.
Consisting of the mixer rack, stainless steel mixing tank,
stainless steel openable top cover, the water pipe installed on the
roof, stirrer and pouring cylinder which are equipped with with
motor, as well as other components. There are 2 mixer blenders,
whose mixing head adopt high-speed paddle. The machine is equipped
with stainless steel annular water pipes on the upper lid, evenly
spraying the water into the parts of the barrel. Lid can open
automatically, easy for workers to operate. Barrel is equipped with
hydraulic automatic feeding mechanism and automatically open system
The forming machine is designed based on the formwork erection
jacking theory. Besides the described mold characteristics, the
forming machine also includes: hydraulic forming scraper which is
installed over the cavities and on both sides of the mold, bottom
die with sealing device, as well as rack, base, beam, column, the
main oil cylinder, ejection head, signal generator and other
components.The mold material adopts alloy steel that is
electroplated with thick enough hard chrome on its surface and is
mirror-polished. Then with high manufacturing accuracy and a fine
adjustment structure of block dimensions to make sure all the
blocks produced are of high precision, excellent surface finish,
and also long life-span of the mold. Adopting hydraulic automatic
forming scraper to automatically scrape out a tongue-and-groove at
the top of the block. This can help to ensure product quality,
reduce workers' labor intensity, and achieve automation.
