This series of slurry pumps are cantilever centrifugal slurry
pumps, which are suitable for conveying abrasive or corrosive
slurry. They are widely used in metallurgical, mining, petroleum,
chemical, coal, power, transportation, River dredging, building
materials and municipal engineering departments.
AH series slurry pump can also be called heavy slurry pump. Because
the pump has thick bearing parts and heavy brackets, it is suitable
for conveying strong abrasion, high concentration slurry or low
concentration and high lift slurry. It can be used in series at the
maximum allowable working pressure range of the pump.
This series of pumps are horizontal, vertical open, double pump
shell structure. The pump body and pump cover have replaceable
metal lining or rubber lining. The lining can be used until worn
out. It does not need to be replaced, prolongs the maintenance
cycle and reduces the operation cost.
In addition to the direct-coupled drive (DC), the 8/6E-AH slurry
pump has V-type V-belt drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling
drive, variable frequency drive, and thyristor speed control.

Slurry pump impeller function
1. The impeller is the part of the slurry pump overcurrent
component that works on the slurry.
2. The impeller is rotated by the pump shaft in the pump body to
obtain energy for the slurry.
3. The mechanical energy is transmitted to the slurry by the
rotation of the impeller, so that the slurry obtains the dynamic
pressure energy: it consists of four parts: the front wheel plate,
the rear wheel plate, the blade and the wheel hub.
