DOUBLE COMPONENTS ELASTIC SILICONE SEALANT ADHESIVES FOR INSULATING GLASS WITH HIGH QUALITY

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
- Good bonding performance, wide temperature range for application, neutral curing, non-toxic and non-corrosive.
- After curing, it has excellent weather resistance characteristics and excellent UV resistance, high and low temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
- The neutral dealcoholization type cures at normal room temperature. And the curing agent can be adjusted to make it solidified when the temperature changes greatly.
- Its typical physical properties make it forms excellent structural strength under temperature between - 30ºC to 120ºC.

MAIN APPLICATION
- The second bond seal for insulating glass.
- Applied for automatic sealing line.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Component A is white. Component B is black. The mix ratio is normally follow A:B = 10:1 (Volume ratio). After mixing the color will turn to gray-black. The detailed use instruction please check the relevant construction guidance.

CONSTRUCTION ATTENTION
- Not suitable for materials that can exude grease, plasticizer or solvent, such as oiled wood surface.
- Not suitable for frost or wet surface.
- Not suitable for places of continuous soaking or wet year-round.
- Not suitable for construction when material surface temperature is below 4 ºC or exceed 40 ºC.
- Component B can react with the moisture in the air. So please don't expose component B in the air for a long time and sealed storage is required.

STORAGE CONDITION
Products should be stored in cool and dry place between -20ºC to 27ºC. The storage life of component A is 12 months and component B is 9 months.

PRODUCT COLOR
Component A is white. Component B is black. After mix A and B, the product will be gray-black.

PACKAGE
Component A: Metal drum. Net volume 190L/drum.
Component B: Plastic drum. Net volume 19L/drum.

SAFETY INSTRUCTION
- This product is not toxic after completely cured. But before it cured, the user should avoid contact with eyes. If accidentally contact with eyes, please rinse with plenty of water and seek for medical treatment.
- Uncured products should avoid child contact.
