Under these situation mentioned, the Seller will not take responsibility, but if the Buyer agree, will charge fees accordingly to repair the machine.

5. After agreement are made for the shipping, for any damage, Buyer should inform Seller in letter form to repair in seven days, If beyond the dare, Seller shall take no responsibility.

For any other failures due to acts of God (such as lightning, typhoon, earthquake, riots, war, fire or flood) and other factors that will cause damage, Seller shall take no responsibility.

6. Seller guarantee provide long term support regarding the parts and teach. After warranty, will charge accordingly.

V. Operation details

A. Open the power switch of the electrical cabinet.

B. Use the Foot-switch while make the wire through the dies.

C. After make the wire through some dies, should open the lubrication oil to make sure no wire break.

D. Make the wire through the take-up part well arranged, then close the door.

E. According to the user`s require to set the Length-counter, adjust the balance arm.

F. If wire breaks, will stop automatically, and the Fault Indicator light will open.

After connect the wire, press the Fault Reset button(Yellow button) and the On button (Green button), to run the machine again.

G. Press Emergency Stop button(Red button) to shut down the machine immediately.

After solve, press the button again to run the machine.

H. After set the Length-counter, the machine will stop automatically when reach the length set.

After change the Spool, please press the Length Reset button(Yellow button) and the Spool Reset button(Yellow button) to run the machine again.

I. After the machine stop(no running at all), then switch the Pump switch to stop the lubrication.
