Our company for all machine product, since the shipment date, our company free after sale maintenance service guarantee period is:

Under these situation mentioned, the Seller will not take responsibility, but if the Buyer agree, will charge fees accordingly to repair the machine.

4. Not in the consuming part list.

5. After agreement are made for the shipping, for any damage, Buyer should inform Seller in letter form to repair in seven days, If beyond the dare, Seller shall take no responsibility.

6. For any other failures due to acts of God (such as lightning, typhoon, earthquake, riots, war, fire or flood) and other factors that will cause damage, Seller shall take no responsibility.

Seller guarantee provide long term support regarding the parts and teach. After warranty, will charge accordingly.

IV. Through the dies

4-1.Use pliers to break the wire to get a smaller section.

4-2.Use pliers to make the wire through the dies, then pull the wire out. Pay attention to the dies` front and back.

4-3.If wire breaks can use Cold welding machine to fix.

V. Operation and precautions

1. Make sure the machine is clean. Power source. Ground wire grounded. Lubrication oil should be clean.

The spool is well fixed to the machine. The pay-off shelf is ok.. No leak from the machine. Make sure the dies are in the right positions.

2. Adjust the traverse width to fit the spool. The cooling fan. Machine foundation is fixed securely. Lubrication pipes are ok, no block.
