Factory Developed High Voltage Switching Machinery Life Test Equipment
Product Introduction :
The instrument is designed for the running in test of high-voltage switch, and carries out parameter setting and timing control based on intelligent controller. The parameter setting is intuitive and the timing control is simple, which greatly improves the working efficiency. In addition, it overcomes the shortcomings of poor control ability of running in using time relay in the past and easy to burn the opening and closing coils, and effectively protects the integrity of high-voltage switch. The instrument is simple to operate and is an ideal tool for the design and test of high voltage switch.
Operation function: single opening, single closing, low voltage
test (40 ~ 120% UN rated voltage) and life test can be carried out
according to preset parameters.
The running in life test has memory function. When the running in
times of the switch do not reach the set times and are interrupted
due to unexpected power failure and other faults, the next test can
choose the last breakpoint position to continue the test or retest
(reset and reset).
Time interval between closing and opening, setting range: 0.05-999
seconds.
Closing and opening power output time, setting range: 50-999
milliseconds.
The operation power of each station is independent, with DC output
(AC and DC optional)
Sound the alarm according to the combination and separation, and
stop the action.
Hardware display of three-way fracture status.
The standard closing and opening operation cycle can be set according to the national and international standards, and the opening-t1-closing, closing-t1-opening and opening-t1-closing-t2-opening can be set.
