Principle Of the Electric Rope Winch
The electric winch works by converting electrical energy into
mechanical energy through the motor, that is, the rotor of the
motor outputs rotation and drives the drum to rotate after the
triangle belt, shaft and gear deceleration.
It is used for electric hoist with large lifting height, large
loading and unloading capacity and cumbersome working conditions.
It is required to have good speed regulation performance,
especially the empty hook can drop quickly. For mounting or
sensitive materials, it should be able to descend with a slight
speed of movement.
The electric winch uses an electric motor as the power, drives the
drum through an elastic coupling, a three-stage enclosed gear
reducer, and uses an electromagnetic system.
