INTRODUCTION

The coating thickness gauge is designed for non-destructive, fast and precise coating thickness measurement. It works either on the magnetic induction principle or on the eddy current principle, depending on the type of probe used.
It is ideal for manufacturers and their customers, for offices and specialist advisers, for paint shops and electroplaters, for the chemical, automobile, ship building and aircraft industries and for heavy engineering. It is suitable for laboratory, workshop and outdoor use.

	F1 probe - Fe base Measuring range: 0~1250μm F1 probe measure the thickness of non-magnetic coating layers covered on magnetic substrate. Such as: non-magnetic (aluminum, chrome, copper, enamel, rubber, paint) covered on magnetic substrate (steel, alloy and magnetic stainless steel)
	N1 probe - Al base Measuring range: 0~1250μm N1 probe can measure the thickness of non-conductive coatings layers covered on conductive substrate. Such as: (enamel, rubber, paint, vanish, plastic anodic-oxide layer) covered on conductive substrate (aluminum, brass, zinc and nonmagnetic stainless steel).
	F1/90°probe - Fe base Measuring range: 0~1250μm F1/90°use to measuring surface that can’t be touch by ordinary probe, it can measure the thickness of non-magnetic coating layers covered on magnetic substrate. Such as: non-magnetic (aluminum, chrome, copper, enamel, rubber, paint) covered on magnetic substrate (steel, alloy and magnetic stainless steel)
	F10 probe - Fe base (Large range) Measuring range: 0~10000μm F1 probe measure the thickness of non-magnetic coating layers covered on magnetic substrate. Such as: non-magnetic (aluminum, chrome, copper, enamel, rubber, paint) covered on magnetic substrate (steel, alloy and magnetic stainless steel)
