Q3: Can you make the accurate quotation? And how long will it take?

A3: Yes, we can. Before we make an accurate quotation, we need as much information as possible. For instance, mailer bag: we need to know bags’ shape, usage, material, color, size, quantity, thickness, surface finishing, etc. If the information you provide is sufficient, we can give you a quotation within 3 hours during working hours and 12 hours during non-working hours.

Q4: Can you provide samples? / Can I get a sample for reference?

A4: Yes, we can provide you with a blank sample for free, but you need to bear the freight. For more info please contact us.

Q5: Can you provide OEM service?

A5: Of course, we offer customized printing and packaging. Please contact us for details.

Q6: What is the delivery time and shipping method?

A6: It depends on your order quantity and shipping method. We usually use sea shipment, air shipment and express.

Q7: What terms of payment do you accept?
