1.Selection of agitator and speed
A. Leafe beater: suitable for mixing broken shape, powder, paste food, such as stuffing, should choose medium speed.

B. Hook beater: solid food and suitable for mixing surface and viscous, and according to the amount of water for the quantitative inscription of a horizontal inscribed board, flour weight 47%--50%, should use low speed.

C. Bud type beater: suitable for mixing liquid food, such as cream, eggs, etc., should use high speed.

Note: Speed change after stop, forbid to use medium speed and high speed and face!

2. The lifting of the material barrel
A. When stirring, rotate the handwheel to raise the stopping point of the barrel so as to make it fully stir.
B. When stirring or changing the agitator, turn the handwheel off the barrel for the bucket and agitator.
