Tensioner and corrector

Tensioner and corrector are necessary parts for this paper sheets making machine. Tensioners controls and adjusts the wire tension, to make the wire at the best performance station to get high quality and uniform wet paper sheets. Corrector controls the wire running direction and postion, and avoid deviation.

So without tensioner and corrector, the paper sheets making machine cannot get qualified paper.

Tensioner:

Electric wire tensioner consists of electric motor, worm gear reducer, stainless steel screw rod, bearing house, joining rod (304) etc. It drives the worm and gear directly by electric motor, transmits two side screw by transmission shaft, make bearing house move up and down to tension or loose. (1set of them are constant tension). Cover 1.5mm thick 304 stainless steel.

Corrector:

Pneumatic air bag corrector. Displacement±60-80mm. Corrector mainly consists of bearing house, base plate, press cover and bracket. The bracket will be moved when pressure is imbalance. And the guide roll will move at the same time to correct wire. Control mechanism: Mainly consists of pressure reducing valve, atomized lubricator, baffle plate, valve rod, special control valve, and bracket etc.
