1. Product Description

The ceramic beads are made from zirconium sand, and melting & blending in the high temperature mine heat furnace, then made to micro beads by special technology with high hardness, good elasticity, high gloss and high impact strength.

There are B series ceramic beads blasting media with sizes from B20 to B505, and Z series ceramic beads shot peening media with sizes from Z100 to Z850. B series can be used as a sandblasting media in sandblasting machine for finishing, deburring, cleaning and descaling ferrous and non-ferrous parts. Z series can be used as shot peening media in shot peening machines for metal parts strengthen and cleaning.
